I graduated from Pomona College in 1990 and UCLA Law School in 1995. I have been practicing law in Southern California for almost 30 years.
Prior to opening my own office, I worked at law firms in Beverly Hills, Century City, and the South Bay.
I do my best to be authentic and honest.
The client comes for help, and they need a solution. Generally, I can help them directly. If not, I can refer the client to someone who can. These are some of the substantive areas of law in which I have counseled clients over the years:
- Contract drafting and analysis
- Entity formation
- Commercial lease review
- Commercial and Residential Real Estate Sales
- Business disputes
- Landlord/Tenant, residential and commercial, plaintiff and defense.
- Asset sales
- Commercial Collection
- Trade Secrets Litigation
- Construction Defect Litigation
- Easement Disputes
- Trespass to Real Property
- Trademark Logo Protection and Registration
- Trademark Litigation
- Copyright Infringement
- International Export-Import Transactions
- International Criminal Investigations
- Family Law, including divorce, support, and child custody
- Workers Compensation (my least favorite area of law)
- Bankruptcy Chapters 7 and 11
- Durable Powers Of Attorney
- Wills, Trusts, and Estate Planning and Drafting
- Probate (intestate and testate)
- Estate Litigation
- Misdemeanor Criminal Defense
- Immigration and Naturalization
- Personal Injury and Property Damage
- Homeowners Insurance Litigation
